Clinical Philosophy

Accurate diagnosis first. Surgery only when it is truly needed.

Every patient is different. Two people with the same X-ray can need entirely different treatment. My approach is to listen carefully, examine thoroughly, and understand what the pain is actually doing to your daily life — before recommending anything.

  1. Diagnosis before treatment

No plan is made until the source of the pain is clearly identified. Imaging is ordered only when it will change the treatment.

  2. Conservative care first

Medication, physiotherapy, bracing and targeted injections are tried first for the majority of patients — and are often enough.

  3. Surgery when it is clearly better

When surgery is the right answer, it is explained in full — including honest expectations of recovery, risks, and alternatives.

  4. Recovery is part of the treatment

A written rehabilitation plan with milestones and follow-up is included in every case — because healing does not end at discharge.
